Lust List

In the name of all things festive, this edition of the Lust List takes on more of a 'wish list' theme. I've been scouring the Internet for goodies to put on my Christmas list this year and invite you all to join me in a spot of lusting. It IS the season for giving after all, yes?

1.  Wide Non-Slip Headband Sweaty Betty £10.00
Thanks to the sudden dip in temperatures, the last few runs have been ffffreezing. This will keep your head & ears warm whilst being more breathable than a hat and is also thin enough to wear under a cycle helmet.

2. Relay Print Running CapriNike £35.00
We all need a bit of bold print to give us a lift this season, right? Bright without being too much, these are made from dri-FIT fabric which wicks sweat away and reflective features for low-light running. If you want to amp up the bright, they're also available in red print.

3. eGlove SportAmazon £24.99
Granted, they're not cheap but how frustrating is it to have to keep removing your gloves every time you want to change your music? As well as being made from a breathable lycra, these also have gripped palms, conductive pads on forefingers and palms for touchscreen use and a towelling strip on the back for wiping sweat.

4. Osprey Escapist 15 backpackEvans Cycles £53.99
Ventilated back panel, integrated rain cover, bike specific tool pockets and a stretch harness. Everything you need from your bag to use on your commute.

5. Rotation Arm Warmers Sweaty Betty £14.00
I know, I though these were pretty pointless too until I was stood in the runner's pen at the Great South Run, freezing cold in my running vest and saw a girl in front of me with these one. I'll be getting a pair for spring/autumn running when you warm up quickly so don't quite need a long sleeved top but there's still a nip in the air as you begin. Oh, and they're half price at the moment :)
