I've been working in the fitness industry since qualifying as a personal trainer and sports therapist in 2001. I started in personal training, gym management and exercise to music before focussing on sports therapy and starting my own back pain studio with my husband.

My work at the studio has led to opportunities writing for various online and print publications and whether I'm researching an article or just browsing for information myself, I realise there are few resources for women on fitness, health and good nutrition.
